|---|
| 10 yard | 4 pickup loads | Small cleanouts, one-room remodels, concrete or dirt |
| 15 yard | 6 pickup loads | Garage cleanouts, small roofs, yard projects |

| 30 yard | 12 pickup loads | Large remodels, new construction, big roofs |
| 40 yard | 16 pickup loads | Demolition and large commercial jobs |
Not allowed in most dumpsters: paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, appliances with refrigerant and other hazardous waste. Ask if you’re not sure.
Rules and weight limits vary by market — we’ll confirm when we quote. FAQCommon questions
How long can I keep a dumpster?
Rental periods vary by market. Many include about a week to two weeks, with longer rentals and swap-outs available for ongoing projects.
What can’t go in a dumpster?
Hazardous waste like paint, chemicals, tires, batteries and appliances with refrigerant are usually not allowed. Ask us about anything you’re unsure of.
Do I need a permit?
If the dumpster sits on a public street, many cities require a permit. On private property you usually don’t. We’ll let you know what applies when we quote.
What if I go over the weight limit?
Each size has a weight allowance. Going over usually adds a per-ton charge, so heavy debris goes in smaller containers.
We have job sites in several states. Can you help?
